The cadence of visits depends on the specific needs of the patient. We will make visits as frequently as needed to provide the best care and symptom control, considering doctor’s and interdisciplinary team’s approval, as well as patient’s wishes.
Patients receiving in-home care are visited by nurses regularly. The nurses are also available 24 hours a day on the phone and for visits as needed. Continuous care options for patients in deteriorating health and in need of frequent medication dose adjustments and administration is also available.
Our care is centered at providing you with comfort in your home or care facility. In some cases, when symptoms are severe and cannot be managed at home, the patient may be placed in a hospital or a hospice facility temporarily.
